What you will do

• Build and manage a pipeline of key enterprise accounts including neobanks, fintechs, and exchanges.
• Coordinate internal teams including Solutions, Product, Legal, and Risk to ensure successful deal delivery.
• Own the full commercial cycle from prospecting and requirements gathering to negotiation and go-live.
• Translate complex onchain lending concepts for product, business, and compliance stakeholders at partner firms.
• Manage account relationships through the initial integration and ramp-up phases.
• Travel onsite when necessary to facilitate and close high-impact deals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 6+ years of experience closing large-scale integrations or GTM deals within the fintech, exchange, or wallet sectors.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust with executive decision-makers.
• Strong cross-team coordination skills to align internal stakeholders around deal requirements.
• Ability to communicate technical onchain lending concepts to both crypto-native and traditional finance teams.
• Demonstrated grit and speed in owning commercial cycles end-to-end.
