What you will do
- Guide financial advisors and HNW investors through the onboarding process.
- Ensure subscription and AML documents are accurate and compliant.
- Provide high-touch, professional support to optimize the client user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for accurate client messaging.
- Proactively identify and resolve onboarding obstacles to minimize friction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in financial services.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience in investor relations or client service within alternative investments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet hard deadlines under pressure.
