What you will do

• Guide financial advisors and HNW investors through the onboarding process.
• Ensure subscription and AML documents are accurate and compliant.
• Provide high-touch, professional support to optimize the client user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for accurate client messaging.
• Proactively identify and resolve onboarding obstacles to minimize friction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in financial services.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience in investor relations or client service within alternative investments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet hard deadlines under pressure.
