What you will do

• Deliver global multichannel campaigns including email, push, and in-app notifications.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance.
• Execute rigorous quality assurance processes to maintain high delivery standards.
• Contribute ideas and conduct tests to optimize CRM campaign performance and engagement.
• Coordinate complex tasks and project timelines across multiple internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar B2C online/mobile role, preferably within the fintech or financial sector.
• Proficiency with Braze or similar engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Must be based in Vienna, Austria for hybrid collaboration.
