What you will do
- Run and optimize app campaigns across assigned markets and channels for scale and profitability.
- Manage 6-figure monthly acquisition budgets, focusing on CPI, CPP, and ROAS.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Media Design Lead to organize asset needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Brand, and CRM teams to optimize the user journey.
- Serve as an in-house channel expert and initiate broader growth projects in a scale-up environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Meta and Google mobile app advertising focused on driving purchases.
- Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly budgets and driving profitable growth independently.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and AI tools (e.g., Claude).
- Right to work in the EU/Austria and based in Vienna or open to relocating.
- Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment.
Nice to have
- Experience driving growth via TikTok, Pinterest, or other paid channels.
- Success in improving conversion rates for App Store, Play Store, or website landing pages.
- Native-level fluency in German, Italian, or Spanish.
