What you will do

• Lead social media strategy and implement plans for hirify.global Surf and Skate across all relevant platforms.
• Manage content calendars and ensure a consistent, engaging brand presence and tone of voice.
• Develop efficient workflows to take social concepts from ideation through production to final release.
• Monitor and evaluate content performance using analytical tools to provide actionable recommendations.
• Program "always-on" content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with international teams and internal video editors to create impactful content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a social media role, ideally within a major brand or media company.
• Strong passion for and professional/personal connection to surf and skate culture.
• Proven ability to develop social-first ideas and manage content workflows autonomously.
• Fluent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Airtable; ability to travel 10-20%.
