Security & Resilience Lead (PropTech): Ensuring the security function operates effectively and continually improves for a fast-growing property technology platform with an accent on vulnerability management and organizational resilience. Location: Hybrid (Manchester). Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
Salary: £50,000–£70,000

What you will do
- Review security impact of technology changes and ensure controls are met before production releases.
- Lead the response to security incidents, coordinating investigations and root cause analysis.
- Own the penetration testing and vulnerability management programme, including risk assessment and technical roadmap integration.
- Manage security monitoring and logging capabilities to improve detection and prevent false positives.
- Promote and embed secure development practices by working closely with developers.
- Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery testing to ensure organizational resilience.
Requirements
- Strong track record leading cyber security, ideally within a SaaS scale-up or startup environment.
- Hands-on experience owning vulnerability management and penetration testing programmes.
- Deep knowledge of configuring security toolsets, logging, monitoring, and threat detection.
- Ability to communicate risk confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical ones.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
