What you will do

• Lead daily operations for internal Development and Publishing QA teams to ensure efficient testing workflows.
• Manage resource allocation and task delegation, adapting proactively to project needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact between QA and other internal studio teams.
• Coordinate with external QA partners to integrate their results into internal developer pipelines.
• Provide data-driven visibility into build stability and overall launch readiness to QA Managers.
• Evaluate QA processes and introduce best practices through mentorship and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience in the games industry across both Development and Publishing.
• 2+ years of experience in a Lead role with a proven ability to delegate and inspire teams.
• Experience interfacing directly with external QA vendors and outsourcing partners.
• Expert proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar test management systems.
• Strong skills in designing structured test cases and optimizing database workflows.
• Must be based in Europe

Nice to have

• Experience shipping at least one AA+ or AAA title as a QA Lead or Senior QA Tester.
• Deep personal understanding of Action-RPG or Soulslike genres.
