What you will do
- Lead daily operations for internal Development and Publishing QA teams to ensure efficient testing workflows.
- Manage resource allocation and task delegation, adapting proactively to project needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between QA and other internal studio teams.
- Coordinate with external QA partners to integrate their results into internal developer pipelines.
- Provide data-driven visibility into build stability and overall launch readiness to QA Managers.
- Evaluate QA processes and introduce best practices through mentorship and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in the games industry across both Development and Publishing.
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead role with a proven ability to delegate and inspire teams.
- Experience interfacing directly with external QA vendors and outsourcing partners.
- Expert proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar test management systems.
- Strong skills in designing structured test cases and optimizing database workflows.
- Must be based in Europe
Nice to have
- Experience shipping at least one AA+ or AAA title as a QA Lead or Senior QA Tester.
- Deep personal understanding of Action-RPG or Soulslike genres.
