Salary: $50,000–$80,000 annualized (based on $24.04–$38.46/hr)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians via Intercom and email.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform and EHR integrations.
- Surface recurring issue patterns to Engineering and Product teams.
- Build and maintain internal and external support resources, including FAQs and SOPs.
- Respond to PagerDuty alerts and on-call escalations.
- Contribute to reporting workflows regarding CSAT and handling time metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 1+ years of experience in customer or technical support, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-factor technical issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic approach.
- Experience building knowledge resources and streamlining workflows.
- Availability for shifts including potential evenings, overnights, and weekends.
