What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to support Client Experience use cases.
- Develop multi-step automation solutions integrating internal systems via APIs.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and execute high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and Security teams to ensure project delivery and compliance.
- Document data flows and access controls to support responsible AI deployment and governance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical role within the technology industry.
- Hands-on experience building, coding, or implementing AI and automation solutions.
- Proven experience working with APIs and system integrations in production environments.
- Ability to deliver projects from concept through execution while working cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation solutions.
- Familiarity with customer support or client experience workflows.
- Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, or automation tools.
- Background in technical project or program management.
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments with security requirements.
