What you will do

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to support Client Experience use cases.
  • Develop multi-step automation solutions integrating internal systems via APIs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and execute high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and Security teams to ensure project delivery and compliance.
  • Document data flows and access controls to support responsible AI deployment and governance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2–5 years of experience in a technical role within the technology industry.
  • Hands-on experience building, coding, or implementing AI and automation solutions.
  • Proven experience working with APIs and system integrations in production environments.
  • Ability to deliver projects from concept through execution while working cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer support or client experience workflows.
  • Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, or automation tools.
  • Background in technical project or program management.
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments with security requirements.
