Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Advise product and engineering teams on AI, personalization, ads, and international expansion.
• Collaborate with Legal and Public Policy teams to align product evolution with global laws.
• Develop scalable processes for providing legal input on strategic product initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Safety, Policy, and Business Development.
• Monitor U.S. and international regulations regarding AI, privacy, and intellectual property.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in AI, privacy, consumer protection, or content regulation.
• JD degree and active bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex legal concepts succinctly.

Nice to have

• Previous regulatory or in-house experience.
• Experience as an in-house adviser for social media platforms focusing on personalization and data protection.
