Technology Commercial Legal Counsel (AI)

Base compensation: $206,400–$258,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing and commercial agreements, including SaaS, reseller, service level, procurement, and partnership agreements.
• Act as the primary legal partner for go-to-market teams during customer negotiations.
• Support the privacy and data protection program and review and negotiate data processing agreements.
• Drive complex, cross-border transactions involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise stakeholders on local legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical guidance for global teams.
• Build and improve regional contract templates, playbooks, legal processes, and guidance materials.

Requirements

• Bar admission in the United States, European Union, or Israel.
• LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a top-tier university.
• 4–9 years of post-internship or post-trainee experience in technology commercial and privacy law.
• Experience at both a leading law firm and in-house at a technology company.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex technology commercial agreements, including DPAs and Fortune 500 customer contracts.
• Experience with SaaS AI companies, global privacy regulations, and U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.
