What you will do

  • Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic business initiatives and represent them in key meetings.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from initial idea to full execution across product, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to provide data-driven support for executive decision-making.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and build new processes to improve speed and execution quality.
  • Prepare business analyses, presentations, and executive materials.
  • Support strategic opportunities including partnerships, investments, and fundraising.

Requirements

  • Must be based in China.
  • Strong English communication skills (required).
  • Outstanding analytical ability and strong business judgment.
  • Demonstrated record of leading challenging projects or solving complex problems.
  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines, including business, product, and operations.
  • High degree of ownership and a bias toward execution in fast-paced environments.
