What you will do

• Support the architecture and design of complex embedded runtime software V&V plans.
• Develop and implement hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) product qualification tests and support test integration.
• Build automated test prototypes and identify tooling requirements for development teams.
• Support CI pipelines and troubleshoot complex hardware and software system integration issues.
• Develop and maintain test asset software tools and infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with Automotive lifecycle requirements and validation and verification (V&V) testing.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Python programming.
• Experience developing test framework solutions for embedded runtime or HIL systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the US on a permanent basis is required.

Nice to have

• Detailed knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), ISO 26262, and ISO 21434.
• Knowledge of networking and embedded network switches (TCP/IP, UDP, VLANs).
• Experience with microcontrollers and general purpose interfaces (DOIP/CAN, I2C, UART).
• Experience with Embedded OS platforms such as RTOS and Linux.
