Site Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Abilene, Texas; U.S. citizenship required

What you will do

• Manage security requirements across project planning, design, construction, and facility accreditation.
• Develop Construction Security Plans, Concept Validation Requests, facility checklists, TEMPEST documentation, standard operating procedures, and emergency action plans.
• Conduct security inspections, document deviations, notify accrediting officials, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction firms, project managers, designers, supported commands, and accrediting officials to secure sites, materials, equipment, and access.
• Evaluate SCIF and SAPF spaces for threats, vulnerabilities, and required physical and technical countermeasures.
• Prepare technical reports and brief government and senior civilian personnel on security requirements and compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and onsite work in Abilene, Texas are required.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance is required; willingness to obtain a CI polygraph is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience; a bachelor's degree is desired and may count toward experience.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, UFC, SAP policies, and ICD 705 requirements.
• Professional briefing, technical writing, correspondence, inspection, and compliance skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, walk long distances, and use stairs.

Nice to have

• SPeD certifications or credentials such as SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC, SPIPC, PSC, ISOC, or ATC.
• Prior experience with construction security, SCIF or SAPF facilities, TEMPEST, and physical security accreditation.
