What you will do

• Develop and implement Construction Security Plans (CSP), Concept Validation Requests, and TEMPEST documentation.
• Conduct periodic security inspections to ensure compliance with CSP and Accrediting Official requirements.
• Collaborate with construction firms to secure sites, materials, and equipment.
• Evaluate SCIF and Special Access Program Facility spaces for threats and vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and deliver accreditation documentation, including STC and RF testing reports.
• Brief government and senior civilian personnel on security-related topics.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain a CI polygraph.
• 1+ years of related experience (Bachelor's degree counts toward 4 years).
• Ability to pass the Site Security Manager Certification course within 12 months.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and walk long distances/stairs.
• Must be based in Abilene, Texas (Onsite).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• Relevant SPeD certifications (e.g., SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC).
