What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity engineering services across IAM, PAM, IGA, vulnerability, cloud, infrastructure, OT, firewall, operating system, data, and AI security.
• Define and execute the cybersecurity architecture roadmap, technical standards, and secure-by-design principles.
• Oversee managed security service providers, including SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance.
• Drive identity lifecycle management and least-privilege access solutions.
• Establish vulnerability management and remediation tracking across the enterprise.
• Lead security reviews for projects, applications, vendors, and technology changes while communicating risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing security teams or providers.
• Expertise across multiple security domains, including IAM, PAM, IGA, cloud, infrastructure, network, data, or OT security.
• Experience with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks, as well as security architecture reviews or risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS security principles, vendor management, communication, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or CCSP.
• Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, Ping Identity, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 and AI security governance practices.
