Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid options available in San Mateo, CA and Phoenix, AZ; otherwise, fully remote within the US.

Salary: $340,000 - $370,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Design and optimize the funding stack across forward flow agreements, warehouse lines, and Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) programs.
• Lead the development of an AI-enabled Capital Allocation Engine for algorithmic best execution of origination volume.
• Oversee the creation of an institutional-grade unified loan data warehouse and self-service investor reporting portals.
• Coordinate cross-functional operating rhythms between Capital Markets, Credit Risk, and Finance teams.
• Drive the capital strategy and structural design for expanding product suites in mortgage, auto, and credit card asset classes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of senior experience in consumer structured finance, investment banking, or fintech capital markets.
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience specifically heading a Capital Markets function.
• Proven track record managing programmatic ABS platforms and negotiating warehouse facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Deep expertise in structural waterfalls, stress simulations, and advanced financial modeling.
