What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy request through to advertising and onboarding.
• Source external talent across multiple trade disciplines and professional levels for all UK business areas.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to meet future organizational needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other media channels to promote employer branding and attract candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and provide detailed, timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience in resourcing external labor directly across multiple trade disciplines.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong internal working relationships with business stakeholders.
• Active proficiency in using LinkedIn for sourcing and promoting vacancies.
• Experience managing recruitment workflows and data via an ATS.
• Must be based in or able to work in Aberdeen, UK (Hybrid).
