AI-First Sales Enablement Operator (AI)

Location: Fully remote working from anywhere in South Africa

Salary: Up to ZAR 500,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and run an AI-first conversion engine using structured proof, claims, and module libraries.
• Develop agentic workflows to produce draft pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses in hours.
• Maintain agent-readable context libraries, including case studies, outcomes, and usage permissions.
• Produce visually sharp and on-brand commercial collateral for US entertainment clients.
• Define and manage asset governance, including versioning, naming, and refresh cycles.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to capture and structure real-time proof and outcomes from current projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Proven ability to turn complex evidence into clear, credible commercial narratives.
• Advanced command of frontier LLMs and agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code) as a central part of your workflow.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows, knowledge bases, or automation systems.
• Proficiency with Markdown, GitHub, Airtable, and modern document/deck tools.
• Ability to overlap with US Pacific working hours.

• Portfolio of relevant work showing structuring ability and practical AI use.
• Experience in agency/consultancy marketing, proposal, or bid work.
