What you will do

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from the ground up.
• Lead technical architecture and solution design across various customer projects.
• Build custom functionality, integrations, and extensions within Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants to deliver specific customer requirements.
• Mentor and support junior developers within the technical team.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide expert technical guidance.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development.
• Proven experience leading technical architecture and solution design.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other developers.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• English: Excellent spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
