What you will do

• Own day-to-day community management across social platforms, forums, and online groups to represent the brand authentically.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish native short-form video content independently.
• Build relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers to drive loyalty.
• Identify and amplify user-generated content (UGC), member stories, and testimonials.
• Track engagement metrics and sentiment to optimize social strategy.
• Develop interactive activations, polls, and competitions to spark genuine interaction.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for digital culture.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with deep understanding of Dutch social media culture.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content (portfolio required).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Strong written voice with the ability to adapt tone across various audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
