Salary: $126,610 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Direct and oversee the project management portfolio for an assigned business unit.
• Monitor project health, including budget tracking, variance analysis, and resource management.
• Implement best practices and standardized processes for project monitoring and reporting.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of project managers.
• Communicate project status, risks, and scope definitions to all levels of the organization.
• Establish and grow relationships with client team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Telecommunications or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management position.
• Proven experience leading project management teams for software products in a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product managers and engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must be able to work during 9am to 6pm EST.
