Location: Hybrid (Collingswood, NJ). Must be based in or able to work on-site in Collingswood, NJ for training and regular hybrid schedule.
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver empathetic, real-time support to players across live chat, email, and phone channels.
- Assist players with account management, game rules, and the use of responsible gaming tools.
- Investigate and escalate technical bugs, fraud signals, and complex account concerns.
- Collaborate with Payments, Risk, Promotions, and Tech teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or helpdesk environment.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on tone, grammar, and clarity.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and the ability to multitask across multiple systems accurately.
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a license with gaming regulatory agencies.
Nice to have
- Experience or a strong interest in major U.S. sports and sports betting.
- Possession of an Active Gaming Control Board License.
