What you will do

  • Process high-volume queues of player reports regarding behavioral and policy violations.
  • Review evidence including text logs, voice reports, and user profiles against the Code of Conduct.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier II support or management with thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members on process improvements and system updates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic technical proficiency with PCs, gaming consoles, and office software.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 20 lbs and prolonged sitting/standing.
