What you will do
- Provide effective support to existing B2B clients to resolve operational issues.
- Execute Customer Care projects and initiatives to increase partner engagement.
- Maintain database accuracy and reliability for business intelligence projects.
- Manage and update the online helpdesk articles to ensure they remain useful and clear.
- Perform daily operational tasks including customer data imports.
Requirements
- Native German and fluent English proficiency.
- Experience or confidence in B2B communication via phone and written channels.
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Genuine interest in the sports and wellness industry.
