What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for users via live chat and tickets, ensuring clear and friendly communication.
- Resolve daily user issues to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience on the platform.
- Collaborate with the team to share feedback and ideas for improving the customer journey.
- Work towards team KPIs including fast response times and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Operate on a flexible shift-based schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
- Empathy and ability to remain positive and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in fintech, investing, or cryptocurrency.
- Ability to multitask across several chat windows while maintaining high-quality answers.
- Must be available for the onsite Assessment Center in Vienna on July 24, 2026.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional EU languages.
- Familiarity with crypto wallets, DEXs, or trading platforms.
