Delivery and Success Associate (AI)

Location: Vienna, Austria — hybrid with office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Candidates should already be in Vienna or be able to relocate quickly. An existing Austrian work permit is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: €49,000–€56,000 annual base compensation, plus performance-based bonus and possible equity options. Compensation may be negotiated based on experience.

What you will do

• Support customers through onboarding and ongoing use of the hirify.global platform.
• Configure the platform for requirements traceability, documentation workflows, and validation artifacts.
• Help customers apply verification, validation, quality, and structured development practices.
• Investigate technical and workflow issues, escalate when needed, and follow through to resolution.
• Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Contribute to accurate documentation and process discipline within the Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Exposure to requirements, verification and validation, testing, systems engineering, or the V-model.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly in writing and conversation.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and comfort reasoning through complex workflows.
• Interest in regulated and safety-critical industries such as medical devices, biotech, pharma, aerospace, or automotive.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer success, professional services, or product operations in B2B SaaS.
• Background in quality, regulatory affairs, or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Experience at an early-stage product startup.
