Location: Must be based in Vienna, Austria (Hybrid: Mon, Wed, Fri in office). Must have an existing work permit for Austria.

Salary: €49,000–€56,000 base + bonus + equity.

What you will do

• Partner with clients during onboarding and ongoing use of the platform to apply best practices for requirements and quality workflows.
• Configure the platform to align with customer development processes, including traceability and validation artifacts.
• Help customers reason through evidence, verification activities, and structured development processes.
• Investigate technical and workflow challenges, escalating thoughtfully and following through to resolution.
• Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to drive platform improvements.
• Contribute to documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) and reinforce process discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with structured development concepts such as requirements, V&V, testing, or the V-model.
• Must have an existing work permit for Austria.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and reason through complex workflows.
• Curiosity about regulated, safety-critical environments like medical devices or biotech.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on building trusted relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer success, professional services, or product operations in B2B SaaS.
• Background in quality, regulatory affairs, or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Experience working in an early-stage, product-based startup.
