What you will do
- Provide world-class service to users primarily via phone support, with occasional ticket and live chat assistance.
- Collaborate with managers to meet team and company performance targets.
- Analyze user feedback to identify product improvements and feature requests.
- Streamline support processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to boost Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Requirements
- German: C2 fluency required.
- English: B2+ proficiency required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and openness to shift work, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Interest in fintech, crypto, or financial markets.
Nice to have
- Experience in phone-based customer support.
- Familiarity with Zendesk.
