What you will do
- Own a portfolio of customers: build relationships, understand needs, and drive account growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries with timely, professional communication that sets quality standards.
- Help customers with platform usage and troubleshoot minor technical issues with support from the technical team.
- Surface customer feedback to the right teams to shape product improvements.
- Support Customer Success operations including customer records and reporting.
- Lead and contribute to Customer Success projects that improve processes, tactics, and engagement.
Requirements
- Fluent German required; excellent written and spoken English.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer success/customer-facing roles; training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized with attention to detail.
- Solid grasp of customer success principles and a drive to keep learning.
- Demonstrates AI literacy and can leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality with sound judgment.
