What you will do

• Manage working time tracking and payroll accounting.
• Prepare and submit payroll, employment, and termination declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate and State Social Insurance Fund Board.
• Maintain employee data and prepare necessary staff documentation.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and generate monthly closing reports.
• Coordinate and prepare payroll-related documentation for annual audits.
• Monitor and apply changes in labor and tax legislation while advising employees on payroll matters.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Labor Code and employment legislation.
• Experience working with financial and payroll software.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Kaunas.
