Automation Developer (Airtable)

What you will do

• Design and implement complex, enterprise-grade Airtable solutions for operational use cases.
• Build scalable relational structures, automation logic, and optimized workflows.
• Integrate Airtable with external services and internal platforms.
• Develop automation pipelines using Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Gather requirements with product stakeholders and design effective processes.
• Maintain platform performance, data consistency, and long-term maintainability while documenting workflows and implementation details.

Requirements

• Production experience delivering Airtable implementations for high data volumes and multi-team usage.
• Hands-on experience with Airtable Scripting, automations, formulas, and relational structure design.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar workflow automation tools.
• Understanding of REST-based integrations and JSON.
• Familiarity with data modeling and process automation.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks from planning through delivery.
