What you will do

• Design and adapt high volumes of digital assets for paid social, display, eComm, email, and retail modules.
• Build conversion-minded layouts that clearly communicate product benefits and features.
• Use GenAI tools for background generation, lifestyle scene exploration, and rapid compositing.
• Contribute to prompt and playbook development to create reusable, efficient production workflows.
• Maintain high standards for product realism, including accuracy in lighting, reflections, and proportions.
• Collaborate with clients, copywriters, and project managers to deliver assets on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience in a high-volume digital or retail environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI tools into a professional design workflow.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital channels.
• Must be based in Canada.
