Location: Hybrid (2 times a week) based in Porto or Lisbon. Requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.

What you will do

• Provide Level 1 support for SaaS tools, managing communications via Teams, Outlook, and phone.
• Extract and present data in collaboration with Business Analyst teams.
• Ensure KPIs are measured and reported according to established procedures.
• Work in coordination with cross-functional project teams.
• Maintain an administrative mindset to ensure efficient support operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Application Support Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in French (mandatory).
• English proficiency: B2 level.
• Ability to follow procedures and report KPIs accurately.
• Strong communication skills and administrative mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) and data quality.
• Knowledge of Business Objects or SQL querying.
