What you will do

• Implement and enhance the group's third-party management and outsourcing framework.
• Provide senior challenge and decision support to business owners regarding risk acceptance and control requirements.
• Oversee risk-based due diligence, onboarding, and periodic monitoring of third-party arrangements.
• Maintain third-party inventories and produce high-quality management information for regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate responses to internal audits, regulatory requests, and client assurance activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior team members while promoting a strong controls culture.

Requirements

• Primary level degree in business, finance, accounting, law, or risk.
• At least 6 years of experience in fund administration, financial services, or a highly regulated industry.
• Significant experience in third-party management, outsourcing governance, or operational risk.
• Proven ability to prepare materials for and interact with senior management, boards, and regulators.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations in relevant jurisdictions.
