What you will do

• Develop and drive data-driven SEO programs focusing on semantic and internal linking to increase new-user acquisition and GMV.
• Execute deep technical and onsite SEO optimizations, including structured data and core web performance.
• Utilize GSC, GA, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog to inform strategy and measure revenue impact.
• Define and manage long-term (2–5 year) strategic goals and quarterly milestones independently.
• Collaborate with Content, Localization, Offsite SEO, and DevOps teams to align on site-structure and budget.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house SEO experience, preferably within large e-commerce or marketplace businesses.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, structured data, and page speed optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in GSC, GA, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• English: Good level required, proficiency preferred.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, owning a domain end-to-end without day-to-day task assignment.
