What you will do

• Lead and own SEO and Omnichannel Search strategy for multiple enterprise client accounts throughout APAC.
• Develop strategic recommendations covering Organic, AI, Social, and Marketplace Search.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor and SEO lead for regional and global stakeholders.
• Support new business pitches, proposals, and the expansion of the Omnichannel Search & Insights offering.
• Mentor and coach SEO Managers and Executives through regular feedback and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Analytics, and Performance teams to deliver integrated, high-impact search solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SEO or Digital Search Strategy within an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple enterprise-level client accounts across regional or global markets.
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content Strategy, Keyword Research, and Site Architecture.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Understanding of emerging search ecosystems including AI Search, Social Search, and Marketplace Search.
• Proficiency in other Asian languages.
