What you will do

• Develop and own the SEO content strategy to identify short- and long-term growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional SEO projects involving content, video (YouTube), tech, and design teams.
• Create competitive insights and strategies to build trust and authority in the financial sector.
• Collaborate with product and copy-writing teams to optimize content across all hirify.global properties.
• Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality execution and deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of search algorithms and proficiency with Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
• Proven project management ability to handle multiple priorities and drive cross-functional execution.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Vienna, Austria.
