What you will do

• Lead SEO and Omnichannel Search strategies across multiple APAC accounts to improve visibility in organic, AI, social, and marketplace search.
• Act as the strategic lead for regional and global clients, managing stakeholder communication and delivery quality.
• Support business development by contributing to pitches, proposals, and new service design for prospective clients.
• Research emerging search trends and develop scalable frameworks and best practices.
• Mentor and guide SEO Managers and Executives through coaching, feedback, and quality control.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Analytics, and Performance teams to align search priorities with broader commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in SEO or Digital Search Strategy within an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple enterprise-level client accounts across regional or global markets.
• Deep knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content Strategy, and Site Architecture.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Understanding of emerging search ecosystems including AI Search, Social Search, and Marketplace Search.
• Proficiency in other Asian languages.
