What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business growth.
• Orchestrate collaboration across Brand, Creative, CRM, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and PR teams.
• Develop comprehensive campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor campaign success and implement optimizations based on a data-driven approach.
• Manage budgets, priorities, and stakeholder alignment while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
• Experience within fintech, technology, or consumer digital products is highly desirable.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Vienna, Austria.
