• Conduct regular audits to ensure operational procedures and systems are followed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Procurement and Factory Logistics.
• Drive optimization projects to improve material availability and operational performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan.
• Proven experience in managing 3PL warehouse operations.
• Strong background in budget management and infrastructure project delivery.
• Ability to define and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience with WMS implementation and warehouse facility management.
