What you will do
- Design and optimize the systems and processes used by coaching teams to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans for the Health Coaching team.
- Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and identify operational gaps to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Track and improve core team metrics including patient engagement, retention, and quality of support.
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations teams to integrate coaching into the broader patient experience.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, using data to inform prioritization and resourcing decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role, preferably in a fast-growing company.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and the ability to draw practical conclusions from data to inform decisions.
- Hands-on operational experience in improving processes and managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with mid-level and senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health or health-adjacent industries.
- Familiarity with health coaching, nutrition, or patient-facing services.
- Background working within a startup or scale-up environment.
- Previous experience in people management.
