Location: Hybrid in France (3 days office, 2 days home office)

What you will do

  • Execute tailor-made marketing for French auctions using CRM (Bloomreach), Meta, LinkedIn, and trade publications to maximize bidder reach.
  • Localize and adapt global communication assets and campaigns to align with French culture, tone, and market expectations.
  • Manage seller marketing budgets to generate and qualify leads via Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage leads and ensure a seamless hand-over to the sales team for pipeline growth.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to turn marketing activities into measurable growth in the French market.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in campaign management.
  • Native-level French and fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in France to comply with the hybrid work model.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot and Bloomreach.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and experience in PR or press work.
  • Analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of German language.
