Middle UX Researcher (Crypto)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, with a schedule aligned with GMT+3.

What you will do

• Plan and conduct moderated and unmoderated usability tests, user interviews, concept tests, and exploratory research.
• Support survey design, data quality checks, and analysis.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, pain points, and behavioral differences.
• Translate research findings into evidence-based conclusions for product and design teams.
• Prepare concise reports, dashboards, research summaries, and maintain research documentation and repositories.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, customer support, and technical teams to improve research practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX research, product research, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with user interviews and usability testing.
• Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to independently manage research projects from planning through reporting and distinguish evidence from assumptions.
• Ability to analyze complex information, communicate clearly, and manage multiple research activities with attention to detail.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required. Interest in fintech, crypto, wallets, payments, or other complex digital products is expected.
