What you will do

• Plan and conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing to optimize user journeys.
• Execute user interviews, concept tests, and exploratory research to understand user needs.
• Design and analyze surveys to identify behavioral patterns and pain points.
• Translate research findings into clear, evidence-based conclusions for product and design teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to define research questions.
• Maintain research documentation, repositories, scripts, and templates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX research or product research.
• Hands-on experience with user interviews and usability testing.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to independently manage a research project from planning to reporting.
• English: Fluent (C1) spoken and written.
• Location: Must be able to align schedule with GMT+3.
