What you will do

• Shape the evolution of internal panels and tools used by global business units.
• Analyze systems to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Translate internal business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Maintain and update internal technical documentation and system wiki articles.
• Organize and deploy training cycles for newcomers and global technical teams.
• Coordinate the HQ Tech Support queue and validate new functionalities from a user perspective.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technological topics clearly.
• High level of independence and proactivity.
• Analytical mindset with a user-centric approach.
• Must be based in Poland.
