What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for core platform capabilities, balancing new features with technical debt.
• Own the product strategy for foundational systems including identity management, authorization, and access controls.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and design partners to guide technical decision-making and development processes.
• Establish success metrics and monitor KPIs to improve outcomes through data-driven decisions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support the launch of new platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with complex technical or platform products.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through successful delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and roadmap planning skills to balance customer and business objectives.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to participate in required in-person onboarding activities for security purposes.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS platform products or zero-to-one product development.
