What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair complex bioreactor equipment at customer sites and workshops.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and colleagues both on-site and remotely.
• Instruct and train customers on the correct operation of equipment.
• Prepare and document detailed service reports following maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide field feedback for improving product serviceability.

Requirements

• MBO (technical vocational) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Solid understanding of technical systems and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
