What you will do

• Direct the end-to-end design process of performance running footwear from initial chirify.globalcept to productihirify.global.
• Collaborate with innovatihirify.global, product strategy, and engineering teams to steer category performance.
• Mentor and scale the creative talent within the design team as the category grows.
• Integrate technical performance with a premium aesthetic through technology-infused products.
• Partner with global teams in Zurich and Vietnam to translate creative chirify.globalcepts into functihirify.globalal realities.
• Synthesize biomechanics data and elite athlete feedback to inform and validate future product directihirify.globals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in performance footwear design, specifically within running or sportswear sectors.
• Portfolio demhirify.globalstrating leadership hirify.global successful performance products with technical and commercial reshirify.globalance.
• Advanced skills in 2D and 3D design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, or Blender.
• Strhirify.globalg understanding of performance materials including engineered composites and advanced knits.
