What you will do

• Lead a strategic research agenda to surface foundational insights that shift product and business strategy.
• Build durable frameworks including customer segmentations, mental models, jobs-to-be-done, and journey maps.
• Triangulate qualitative and quantitative signals by partnering with data science and product analytics teams.
• Influence executive leadership by translating research findings into clear strategic directions.
• Mentor designers and researchers to increase research fluency across the organization.
• Establish and evolve the research practice's methods, tooling, and standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX research experience (Staff) or 5+ years (Senior).
• Proven track record of building organization-wide frameworks (JTBD, journey maps, etc.).
• Experience researching complex B2B or enterprise software.
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to travel 3-4 times a year for customer events.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI to improve research operations or analysis.
• Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or Statistics.
• French language proficiency.
• Experience building or scaling a research practice.
