What you will do

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives.
• Define MVPs, prioritize features, and shape value propositions.
• Drive the launch of new digital products and services from ideation to market rollout.
• Conduct daily customer interviews to validate solutions and identify pain points.
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and tech teams to ensure smooth launches.

Requirements

• Degree from a top university with a strong entrepreneurial focus.
• C2 level proficiency in Italian.
• Fluent English.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Must be based in Berlin for a full-time on-site role.
• Structured thinking and a hands-on approach to execution.
