Systems Support Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Manage incident processes and use debugging tools to resolve business-impacting issues.
• Apply standards and best practices to ensure system stability, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize CI/CD and continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to customers.
• Implement logging techniques for alerting, monitoring, and root cause analysis of incidents.
• Develop KPI reports and monitoring mechanisms for quicker incident identification and response.
• Apply latest technology trends from the hirify.global Technology Radar to solve client problems.

Requirements

• Experience with Java, .Net, and scripting languages such as Python or Powershell.
• Understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with relational or non-relational databases.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure pipelines.
• Exposure to monitoring tools like DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Proficient English skills for holding Q&A discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotation- and need-based team.
