What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of complex distributed systems and influence overall technical strategy.
• Own the delivery of large-scale features and projects, coordinating efforts across multiple teams.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior and senior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Design stakeholders to shape requirements and balance quality with delivery timelines.
• Ensure the implementation of resilient, scalable systems and lead troubleshooting and incident management efforts.
• Optimize development practices, including CI/CD processes, infrastructure as code, and test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in C#/.Net and experience with large-scale complex systems.
• In-depth understanding of distributed systems architecture (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture using Kafka).
• Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, and DevOps tools like GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, and Terraform.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide technical efforts across multiple teams.
